Rocky Mountain High...

Yay we're home!! We had the best time in Colorado, but its nice to be back. Mike & I took a ton of pictures, so get ready!! I'm gonna post a few tonight & the rest later this week. The one above was taken at a beautiful lake at the base of Pike's Peak. How gorgeous is that!?! Mike is gonna blog about Pike's Peak (he enjoyed it a lot more than I did!!) I will say that 2 people died on the mountain while we were there!!It was terrible, I'm sure he'll talk more about that tomorrow...

These were taken in the Rocky Mountain National Park-- the aspen trees were changing and it was amazing!!! We drove through the park & had such a great time.

The Rocky Mountain National Park is located in Estes Park-- which was my favorite city in Colorado. It was adorable- great shopping, scenary & people. They happened to be having an autumn festival called "The Autumn Gold Festival-Bands, Beers & Brats"-- it was so fun!! Mike & I both love bands, beer & brats, so a good time was had by all! Seriously, if you've never seen Estes Park, you're missing out... definately a good site for a honeymoon (hint, hint). We both decided we want to live there some day!!

Here's one of many "up-close taking the picture ourselves" pics. I promise there are some amazing mountains behind us!! We both find it slightly creepy that we look like relatives in this picture--our skin color is exacly the same! weird...

So, like I said- we will be doing a lot of blogging this week about our trip-- I havent even told you about the wedding or about seeing my good friend Leah yet!! Its good to be back, hope everyone is doing well!!
