January- my trip to New Orleans- what a blast!

June- we celebrate my 29th birthday in Tulsa:

July- we bought our first home!
the home improvement projects begin:
August- my Mom & I head to the American Idol concert (twice!):
Dad spends some time in Iraq:
I join a book club (and a Bible study). I meet some fabulous women!
September- I become obsessed with these two:
October- Connor heads off to Marine Corps boot camp:
Halloween:
Dad comes home!
November- We celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary:
Thanksgiving (I'm lame and only have a picture of our table):

Hope everyone has a great NYE. We're having dinner & drinks with another couple. Should be a great way to ring in the new year. I am so excited for 2009- Connor should be home in a few weeks!

Well, looks like you had a great year and it sounds like your brother's return will begin 2009 with a bang! Loved all the pics. Sorry about your cat. These animals become such a part of the family.
