SHORT hair!

I did it. I chopped my hair today--- and I kind of love it!

My stylist and I talked about it and we went for the Mandy Moore picture now. My bangs had been blunt bangs right above my eyebrows so I have to grow them out to achieve the cut in the second set of pictures. I can wear it a few different ways:

Stuff I've seen, bought or want

Ahhhh, Eclipse. It was amazing! My favorite of the books and by far my favorite of the movies. I might have already seen it twice...

I just bought these boots. Faux suede (so they're vegan!), knee-high and comfy. I've already tried them on with leggings and my skinny jeans. Love love love them! Way cuter in person. And if we're friends in real life, you'll get to see them since these are probably the only shoes I'll be wearing this fall/winter. :-)

My mom and dad came up to stay with us for the 4th of July and mom took me to the MAC counter for my birthday. I started wearing MAC last year and I'm addicted. Love just about everything they make.

odds & ends

we went to Tulsa a few weeks go for Trek Expo (oh yes, super nerdy) and got the typical pics-- people in their costumes, actors from various sci-fi movies/tv shows and a few shots of us together.

I've got a cut and color scheduled next week and I'm really leaning toward this cut & color... eeek, it's quite a change!

coming out of hiding

Okay it's been a month and a half since I took made this thing private and I can admit it was a big fat fail! haha I just have zero motivation over here. What is up with that?? I'm going to blame it on our awesome weather... and twitter... and being busy (in a good way!)

So I've taken it back to being public-- hopefully the lookie-loos that I don't want around have gotten the clue and will stay away. I have tons of pictures I need to post-- from a few little weekend trips we've taken and just some fun stuff I've done around the house. I'll try to do better. Promise!
